Vintage Original Oil Painting Country Scene with Covered Bridge, Cabin & Man, Frosty Winter Morning, Wood Framed Rustic Decor

This vintage 1990 oil painting features a covered bridge, a cabin and a young man pulling some old fashioned milking cans on a small wagon. The sky has a warm touch of pale yellow. Some of the trees have pink blossoms. Looks like springtime! The wood frame is a complementary match of fine quality with one small dent. It is ready to hang with a hanger on the back. This painting measures 18 - 1/2 inches x 22 - 1/2 inches with the frame. The actual painting measures 12 x 16 inches without the frame. There is some writing on the back that I cannot decipher. I can read "Certified Work of Art P-101198". The painting is in excellent condition. This painting has a tranquil feeling and many wonderful design elements!
